Terms of use

Adult Playtime is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where they live. By using the site, you confirm that you are legally allowed to view adult content.

Creator directory profiles are user-submitted public listings. If you post a profile, you are responsible for what you submit and you confirm that the link is your own adult social profile or a page you are authorized to promote.

Adult Playtime may edit, reject, hide, or delete any creator directory profile, contact message, or link at any time, especially if it appears unsafe, illegal, misleading, spammy, abusive, or against the site rules.

Links may lead to third-party websites that Adult Playtime does not own or control. Use outside sites at your own discretion and review their rules, privacy policies, and age requirements.

The Live Cams page displays third-party promotional room information and links supplied through Chaturbate's affiliate promo tools. Adult Playtime does not control third-party rooms, performers, accounts, payments, private messages, or platform rules.

Privacy

Privacy notice

The creator directory collects the user name, gender, platform, profile link, optional short description, and submission time you provide. Creator directory profiles are public.

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, message, and submission time so Adult Playtime can review and reply to your message from the private admin page.

The admin traffic counter stores an anonymous browser-generated visitor ID, page path, page title, outside referrer host, and timestamp. Adult Playtime does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses in its traffic table.

The site uses browser storage to remember age-gate confirmation and a random visitor ID for traffic counting. Cloudflare may also process standard request data for hosting, security, and delivery.

When the Live Cams page loads sponsored rooms, Adult Playtime may request Chaturbate's affiliate promo API using request data needed for region-based room filtering. The browser may also load third-party room preview images from Chaturbate-related image hosts.

Adult Playtime does not sell personal information. To ask for a creator profile or contact message to be reviewed or removed, use the Contact Us page.

Safety

Content rules

Do not submit links or messages involving minors, underage content, non-consensual content, exploitation, coercion, revenge content, trafficking, harassment, threats, illegal sexual services, malware, impersonation, or anything illegal.

Creator directory profiles may not contain affiliate, referral, coupon, tracking, spam, or misleading promotion links. Descriptions must be text-only and may not include links.

If you see a creator profile that appears illegal, unsafe, underage, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful, report it through the Contact Us page. Urgent safety concerns should also be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Copyright

DMCA / takedown contact

Copyright owners or authorized agents may send takedown requests through the Contact Us page or by email to [email protected].

Include enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the Adult Playtime URL or creator profile at issue, your contact information, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized, a statement that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

The U.S. Copyright Office maintains a formal DMCA designated agent directory. If Adult Playtime grows into a larger user-content platform, formal DMCA agent registration should be reviewed with a lawyer and kept current.

Third-party live rooms

Live cams notice

Live cam previews, room subjects, tags, viewer counts, and room links are provided by a third-party affiliate API. The listings can change at any time and may not be available in every region.

Adult Playtime does not host the live streams, sell tokens, operate performer accounts, or manage third-party subscriptions. Visitors who choose to watch live rooms leave Adult Playtime and use the third-party platform under that platform's terms.

Advertising

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on Adult Playtime are sponsored or affiliate links, including Toy Store and Toy Sync links to Lovense, Live Cams links to Chaturbate, and other future adult partner links. Adult Playtime may earn a commission from eligible signups, purchases, or activity made through those links, at no extra cost to visitors.

Affiliate relationships do not control creator directory listings. Users may not post affiliate or referral links in the public creator directory.

Adult compliance

Adult Playtime currently does not store or produce user-uploaded explicit photos or videos. The creator directory accepts text links only. The Live Cams page may display third-party promotional preview images supplied by Chaturbate's affiliate tools, and linked third-party websites are responsible for their own content, records, and legal compliance.

If Adult Playtime later produces, publishes, or hosts visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, a full 18 U.S.C. 2257 / 2257A age-verification, recordkeeping, and labeling review should happen before that feature launches.
